Casting Call

Audition Details

  • Vocal Positions: Featured and Ensemble Vocalists (seeking all voice types: SATB)
  • Dance Positions: Dancers of all training backgrounds and skill levels
  • Acting Positions: Hosts and comedy sketch artists (including improvisation)
  • Ages: Open to performers ages 13+ (youth, high school, college, and adults of all ages)

Compensation & Fees

  • Production Fees: None
  • Compensation: All cast members will receive a stipend (details available upon selection)

Key Dates

  • Tech & Dress Rehearsals: June 22 & 23, 2026
  • Performances: June 24 & 25, 2026
  • Performance Location: Catholic Memorial High School, Waukesha

Vocal Rehearsals

  • Tuesdays: May 26, June 2, 9, 16
  • 6:00 - 9:00 pm
  • Honey Creek Church, Milwaukee

Dance Rehearsals

  • Wednesdays: May 27, June 3, 10, 17
  • 5:30 – 8:30 PM
  • Acts Dance at Elmbrook Church, Brookfield

Audition Submission Instructions

  • Complete the online audition form. 
  • Submit a vocal video if auditioning for a vocal role (maximum 1 minute)
  • Submit a dance video if auditioning for a dance role (maximum 1 minute)

Deadline

  • All materials must be submitted by 6:00 PM on Wednesday, April 22
  • Casting decisions will be communicated by Friday, May 8. 

Top Ten Audition Tips

  1. Choose previously recorded material, or record new material for vocals and dance.
  2. Select material that fits your voice, style, and strengths.
  3. Tailor your material to the production style, tone, and energy.
  4. Showcase your strengths quickly by getting to your strongest material right away.
  5. Focus on quality of tone, control and storytelling over range or extreme notes.
  6. Perform with intention by showing energy, commitment, and confidence.
  7. Fully commit by performing as if you’re on stage.
  8. Dance in a space that allows for full movement and clearly showcases your lines.
  9. Keep your submission clean and within time limits.
  10. Ensure clear audio, high-quality video, good lighting, and full-body framing.
